The challenge
Small clinics still book patients over the phone and in a paper log. Calls get missed, patients forget appointments, and the front desk spends half the day confirming.
What we are building
- Booking in three steps: service, doctor, free slot. No sign-up and no calls.
- Reminders sent to patients in a messenger a day and two hours before the visit.
- Front-desk schedule: all doctors and rooms on one screen, appointments moved by drag and drop.
What we expect
Fewer no-shows and half as many calls to the front desk. The template adapts easily to any clinic that works by appointment.
